Terms of Service

1. Who we are and agreeing to these terms

FindMyTariffs ("we," "us," "our") provides the website at findmytariffs.com (the "Service"). By using the Service or buying a report, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a report.

2. What the Service does

The Service reads PDF invoices you choose, identifies lines that mention tariffs, duties, or surcharges, and totals the amounts it finds. You review the results and decide which charges to count. The scanning happens in your own web browser. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The Service only finds charges that are printed on your invoices in readable text. It may miss charges, such as price increases that were not labeled, charges in scanned or photographed invoices, or unusual invoice formats. It may also flag charges that are not tariff-related. You are responsible for checking the results against your original invoices.

3. What you are buying

Scanning your invoices and seeing your total is free. For a one-time fee, you can unlock a downloadable report of the charges you chose to count, a spreadsheet file, and a text summary for each supplier. The price depends on the total amount of charges counted, as shown on the Service at the time of purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Your report is delivered instantly in your browser after payment. We do not receive your invoices or keep a copy of your report, so we cannot send it to you later. Please save your downloads when you receive them.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe through its checkout service, Link. Link acts as the seller of record for your purchase, which means your receipt comes from Link and your card statement will show LINK.COM* FINDMYTARIFF. Prices shown include any applicable sales tax. Your payment is also subject to Link's and Stripe's own terms and privacy policies.

5. Refunds

Because reports are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once your report unlocks. We will refund your payment if you contact us within 14 days of purchase and:

• you were charged, but your report did not unlock, or
• you were charged more than once for the same report.

To request a refund, email support@findmytariffs.com with the email address you used at checkout and your receipt number. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and may be processed through Link.

6. Discount codes

We may offer discount codes at our discretion. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or combined unless we say so, and may be changed or ended at any time.

7. Not legal, tax, or accounting advice

The Service and its reports are for informational purposes only. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, customs, or financial advice. We do not determine whether you are owed a refund or any other money, and we do not contact your suppliers, file claims, or collect money on your behalf. Whether you are entitled to anything depends on your contracts and circumstances. Talk to a qualified attorney or accountant before acting on a report.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only with invoices you have the right to use, and not to misuse the Service, interfere with how it works, get around its payment steps, or use it for anything unlawful.

9. Our content

The Service, including its design, text, logo, and software, belongs to us. You may use reports you purchase for your own business purposes, including sharing them with your suppliers, accountant, or attorney.

10. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the Service will be accurate, complete, error-free, or always available.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, lost refunds, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the report involved in the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The Terms in effect when you make a purchase apply to that purchase.
