Privacy Policy

The short version: your invoices never leave your computer. FindMyTariffs reads them inside your web browser, and we never receive, see, or store them or your report.
When you pay, Stripe and its checkout service Link handle your payment details. We don't use advertising trackers or sell your information.
1. Your invoices and reports
When you add invoices to FindMyTariffs, they are read by software running in your own web browser. The files, their contents, and your results are not uploaded to us or to anyone else. We cannot see your invoices, suppliers, amounts, or reports.
When you go to checkout, your scan results are saved temporarily in your own browser's storage so they are still there when you return from paying. They are deleted from your browser as soon as your report unlocks. You can also clear them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe through its checkout service, Link, which acts as the seller of record. When you pay, Link and Stripe collect the information needed to complete your purchase, such as your email address and card details. We never see your full card number.
Stripe shares basic purchase details with us, such as your email address, the amount paid, and the date, so we can provide support and handle refunds. Link's and Stripe's use of your information is covered by their own privacy policies.
3. Information collected when you visit
We don't use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. Like most websites, a few services we rely on receive basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when your browser loads the site:
- Netlify hosts our website.
- Google Fonts provides the typeface used on our pages.
- cdnjs (Cloudflare) provides the PDF reading software your browser runs.
These providers handle that information under their own privacy policies.
4. Emails you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to respond to you and keep it only as long as needed.
5. How we use information
We use the limited information we receive to process purchases, provide support, handle refunds, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
6. Children
FindMyTariffs is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
